Organisation Overview

Equal Access Pty Ltd (incorporating Evacuation Chairs Australia and Luminos Consulting) was established in early 2007 in Mulgrave, Victoria. Currently we are one of Australia’s leading Accredited Disability Access Consultants and we are registered with the Association of Consultants in Access Australia.

Our organisation specialises in providing practical advice on disability access issues, as well as selling evacuation chairs and testing for luminance contrast  to a variety of organisations in the private and public sectors.

We are committed to providing a quality and safe service to our customers and clients, as well as developing long term relationships to ensure the best outcomes for our clients, customers, and our organisation.

Customer focus is very important to us as we value our customers, and every attempt is made to represent our clients in the best possible manner. Our business operations are Australia-wide but we have also carried out overseas contracts.
